ABOUT US
Hartman Lavender Garden is located in Waynesville, Ohio. Hartman, a local HS science teacher (BS|MA Biology), grows and harvests varieties of lavender each summer. Bundles are available seasonally.
Our small business produces small batch oils and tinctures using distilled and menstruum methods, which is the foundation of our skincare product line. We hand pour, label, and package everything. All of our eco-friendly packaging has a low carbon footprint and is 99% recyclable. Our local honey is responsibly harvested in Springboro, Ohio and all of our plants are neonicotenoid-free.
All of our products are infused with organic and local ingredients, in combination with sourced cold pressed oils and raw butters from around the world. Each item is produced with knowledge and background in plant biology, science, and skincare - all locally made without the use of chemicals, palm oil, preservatives, or synthetic ingredients.
Your purchase promotes pollinator conservation in our community. We distribute a native wildflower seed packet or Common Milkweed seed packet to every online purchase for free. Simply add these to your order for free!
In 2024, we became a Monarch Joint Venture partner, a national Monarch conservation group.
Our company hosts seasonal planter workshops where you can learn about host, nectar, and pollen producing plants for migratory and non-migratory species. Our education materials are from MJV and the Xerces Society for invertebrate conservation.
Follow us on Instagram + Facebook for information on our seasonal pollinator events. We would love to have your at annual Milkweed Pod Collection.
